　　Uses and maintains

　　Seat type vibrator sieve, is mainly used for the screening of a component.

　　ibrator’s eccentric block is operating under external force.

　　The vibrator bearing should be regularly added fat (2 # industrial lithium base fat), general 3-5 months fill oil again.

　　After installation 2-4 hours, wait for everything is normal, and then put into use.

　　The anchor bolts adopts pine device, in case of bolt looseness, and result in the damage for vibrator.

　　The vibrator runs 5-6 months, should be repaired once; and operates one year, should be overhauled once. Minor repairs remove dust, dirt, it should be changed and maintained in time when necessary.
